Woman Empowerment
The self-help group movement started by the organization in Bhokar, Umri, Mudkhed, Hadgaon, Himayatnagar, Nanded, Ardhapur, Kinwat, Kalmanuri, Wasmat talukas is progressing day by day and year by year in the last 20 years by contacting 510 villages – by establishing support groups and reaching lakhs of women through this self-help group. The resolution of Vanashree Grameen Vikas Sansthan has been successful. Since 2002, 500 self-help self-help groups have been established in Bhokar, Umari and Dharmabad talukas of Nanded district under Swarnjayanti Gram Swayamrojgar Yojana, which is running under the Zilla Parishad’s District Rural Development System. Also, 1100 self-help groups have been established in Bhokar, Umri and Kinwat talukas under NABARD’s Add on Activity programme. Under the Left Wings Extremist Program of NABARD and Central Government, three hundred self-help groups have been established in Bhokar Hadgaon and Himayatnagar talukas and their cultivation is going on.

Under the guidance of National Bank for agriculture and rural Development (NABARD) we organized 66 MEDP programs on Dairy Development, Goat/ Sheep Farmaing, Awala Processing, Masala Processing and papad processing
Formation of Farmer Club
Under the gudance of National Bank for agriculture and rural Development (NABARD), We able to form 55 farmer clubs in 55 villages of Bhokar Blocks since 2005
Adhar Counselling Center
Aadhaar Counselling Centre has been running at Bhokar for the last 16 years under the auspices of the Government of Maharashtra and through the Maharashtra State Commission for Women in association with Zilla Parishad Nanded, Panchayat Samiti Bhokar and Vanshri NGO Bhokar
This initiative has been implemented by the government by implementing the Civil Act of 2005 to prevent domestic violence in the society, the cases brought in this counselling centre are dealt with individually because of the experienced experts and the misunderstandings and misunderstandings of the applicants are removed through counselling and the work of reconciling the relationship is done in this centre.
Public awareness of this counselling centre is done in every village through women’s self-help group in coordination with police station, CDPO office and Panchayat Samiti office etc.
From 2009 to 2023, 250 dispute cases were filed, all these cases have been tried to be reconciled through counselling, and they have succeeded in reconciling their lives by bringing together the misunderstandings and misunderstandings of both the applicants.
E-Shakti
Vanshri NGO has been selected as POPI in this project Farmers Producer Company under PODF-ID through National Agriculture and Rural Development Bank NABARD and on behalf of the organization 13 Farmers Producers Companies are successfully working in 3 Districts of Nanded, Hingoli, Parbhani in Marathwada through NABARD. We have managed to add minimum 500 to maximum 1300 farmer members (Shareholders)of each of those companies.
In order to achieve the objective of NABARD, in order to turn farmers into traders, the organization has completed the work of setting up small and large businesses of every company so far. Like Agricultural Commodity Buying and Selling Centre, Farmer Customer Service Centre (CSC-Centre), Amul Animal Feed Centre, Seed Processing Centre, (NAFED) Procurement Centre, Agricultural Input Centre, Ashwagandha Production, Organic Fertilizer Production, Bio-Gas Production, Soil Testing Centre, jaggery Production, Organic vegetable and fruit sales centers etc facilities provided by company to the Share-holders.
An amount of 1 crore 20 lakhs has been received till now through Nabkisan for the establishment and business of the farmer producer company and the consent letter of 2 godowns and 1 custom hiring center under the Manav Vikas Mission and 1 godown under the food and nutrition scheme etc. has been received from the government. One Farmer Producer Company has received Bolero pickup van on 50% subsidy under Grameen Rural Mart scheme
NABARD Financial Services
In 2014, Vanshri NGO has entered into an agreement with NABARD Financial Services (NABFINS) to help self-help groups in Bhokar, Hadgaon and Himayatnagar to get rid of moneylending loans and meet their daily needs. The main objective of NABARD Financial Services is to help the poor people and the loans given through this organization are working in five states of India and are given to the villages of self-help groups so that they do not have to travel expenses and do not suffer financial loss.
Till the end of December 2023 in Bhokar, Hadgaon and Himayatnagar taluka, NABARD Financial Services and Vanshri Samajik Sanskrutik Va Gramin Vikas Sanstha Bhokar have distributed loans of Rs. 3 crores to 150 self-help groups in 40 villages and out of which Rs. 2 crore and ninety lakh rupees have been recovered from them in the last 11 months.

Jal Jeevan Mission
Vanshri Samajik Sanskrutik Va Gramin Vikas Sanstha Bhokar was selected as ISA organization under Jal Jeevan Mission by Water Supply and Sanitation Department under Zilla Parishad Nanded.
Under this scheme, work has been successfully completed in “48” villages of Bhokar Sub-district and “21” villages of Hadgaon Sub-district in Nanded district to supply quality and sufficient tap water to the rural people.
In this, water supply committee, quality committee, maintenance and repair committee under the Gram Panchayat, as well as the participation of the people of the village and guided by the collection of public registration, the work of checking the water quality through the Water Quality (FTK) kit was carried out.
Through the organization, women self-help groups in the village were guided in relation to water-life and the participation of the people of each village was increased, information was given to them about water-life and the work was actually inspected and VWSC committee was formed.
The old water supply committees of the village were revived and under the Jal Jeevan Mission, the village was cleaned by carrying out a cleanliness drive with the participation of the men and women of the village, and the Samaj sevak and Head of village were requested to provide drinking water to the Anganwadi schools in the village.
Through the organization, the documents of skilled workers were collected and their details were filled in the portal. These include workers, pump operators, motor mechanics, plumbers, wire men, fitters etc. Vanshri NGO has successfully completed all these tasks.

Expansion of Dhansampada Mahila Urban Co-Op Cr Soc Limited
The dream of Vanshri NGO at that time 15 years was completed on 07 November 2014. On behalf of the organization, it has succeeded in creating a large-scale movement through the creation and nurturing of self-help groups through the empowerment of women in 6 Sub-districts of Bhokar, Kinwat, Hadgaon, Himayatnagar, Dharmabad under Nanded district. Water organization Ahmednagar, NABARD, District Rural System, District Parishad Nanded, Agriculture Offices have participated and guided in these programs and till date 3000 Self Help Savings Groups have been established under the organization.
The financial balance of all those self-help groups is more than 30 crores. Their internal exchange is regular and despite the bank’s 100% guarantee of loan repayment, as other banks have a negative view of this movement, in order to make this movement sustainable, Vanshri NGO established Mahila Urban Bhokar in the name of Dhansampada to provide self-help groups and self-employment to needy people. And it was inaugurated on 07 November 2014 by D.D.R. of the district. And it was done by Mr. Vinod Chinchalkar, Mayor of Bhokar. The program was attended by more than 5000 women and wealth members of Self-Help Savings Groups in the wealth sector.
